Guarantee Terms
These Guarantee Terms ("Guarantee Terms") govern eligibility for and the administration of JetBack's Guarantee program ("Guarantee"). The Guarantee is a limited, discretionary program offered to a subset of JetBack subscribers who purchased a JetBack Pro membership during the 2025 calendar year. Eligibility does not arise automatically and is subject to the conditions set forth below.
By submitting a Guarantee claim, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Guarantee Terms, as well as JetBack's general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Guarantee Terms and the general Terms and Conditions, these Guarantee Terms govern with respect to the Guarantee.
1. Nature and Scope of the Guarantee
1.1 Savings Guarantee
JetBack guarantees that eligible subscribers who meet all conditions set forth in Section 2 will either (a) receive savings secured by JetBack totaling at least the amount paid for their JetBack Pro membership during the applicable subscription period, or (b) be entitled to a refund of that membership cost in accordance with Section 4. This guarantee applies solely to the membership cost and does not extend to any other outcome, result, or expectation in connection with use of the Services.
1.2 Conditions Required
The Guarantee is contingent on satisfaction of all eligibility requirements in Section 2. JetBack does not guarantee that any specific flight, booking, or price drop will result in savings, nor that savings will be secured for every monitored flight. The Guarantee applies to the subscription period as a whole, not to any individual transaction or monitoring event.
1.3 No Additional Implied Guarantees
Except as expressly stated in Section 1.1, JetBack disclaims all other implied guarantees, warranties, or representations related to the performance of the Services or the likelihood of securing price-drop savings for any particular booking or subscriber.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible to submit a Guarantee claim, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of your claim:
2.1 Membership Requirement
You must have purchased a JetBack Pro subscription during the 2025 calendar year. The Guarantee applies solely to the initial, first-year membership term and does not extend to any renewal, subsequent subscription period, or continuation of membership beyond the original purchase. The Guarantee is not available to users who accessed JetBack through a free trial, promotional access, or any plan other than a paid JetBack Pro subscription. Subscriptions that were refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed through Apple, Google, or any other payment processor are not eligible.
2.2 Minimum Savings Threshold
To qualify, JetBack must have failed to secure savings totaling at least the amount paid for your JetBack Pro membership during the applicable subscription period. Any compensation of value secured by JetBack on your behalf counts toward this threshold, including but not limited to cash refunds, airline credits, travel vouchers, miles, and points. The value of miles and points will be assessed at JetBack's reasonable discretion.
2.3 Eligible Flight Requirements
At least one flight monitored by JetBack during your subscription period must have met all of the following criteria:
- • The flight was submitted for monitoring at least 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date;
- • The booking was made directly with a U.S.-based carrier (e.g., United, Delta, American, Southwest, JetBlue, Alaska) through the airline's own website or reservation system;
- • The ticket was purchased with cash or a payment card; mileage, points, or award redemptions do not qualify;
- • The fare was not a Basic Economy ticket or any other non-refundable, non-modifiable fare class that the airline expressly prohibits from post-booking price adjustments;
- • The booking was not made through a third-party travel portal, agency, or aggregator;
- • The subscriber is listed as a passenger on the booking.
2.4 No Prior Platform Refund
You must not have previously received a full or partial refund of your JetBack Pro subscription through Apple, Google, your payment card issuer, or any other channel. If you have initiated or received such a refund at the time of your claim, you are not eligible for the Guarantee.
2.5 Clawback Upon Subsequent Refund
If JetBack issues a Guarantee payment and you subsequently receive a refund of your JetBack Pro subscription through Apple, Google, your payment card issuer, or any other channel, the full amount of the Guarantee payment becomes immediately due and payable to JetBack. By submitting a claim, you agree to repay JetBack within 30 days of receiving any such subsequent refund.
3. Claim Procedure and Deadlines
3.1 Claim Window
Guarantee claims must be submitted within 30 days following the end of your JetBack Pro membership period. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3.2 Submission Requirements
To submit a claim, you must contact JetBack through the in-app support channel located at Settings > Support. JetBack reserves the right to request documentation to verify your eligibility, including but not limited to proof of subscription payment, forwarded flight confirmation emails, and records of any savings previously secured.
3.3 Review and Determination
JetBack will review submitted claims and make an eligibility determination at its sole discretion. JetBack reserves the right to deny claims that do not satisfy all eligibility conditions, that contain materially inaccurate or incomplete information, or that appear to involve fraudulent or abusive conduct.
4. Form of Refund
4.1 Default: Gift Card Issuance
If your claim is approved, the Guarantee will be fulfilled in the form of a gift card equal in value to the amount paid for your JetBack Pro membership. Because JetBack Pro subscriptions are processed through Apple or Google, refunds cannot be issued directly to the original payment method. The gift card will be issued by JetBack or a designated third-party provider and is subject to Section 4.2 below.
4.2 Non-Transferable
Guarantee refunds are issued solely to the eligible subscriber and may not be transferred, assigned, sold, or applied toward any other account or obligation unless expressly permitted by JetBack.
5. Program Availability and Discontinuation
5.1 Business Continuity
The Guarantee is contingent upon JetBack Flight Tracking, LLC remaining an active, solvent business entity. In the event that JetBack ceases operations, becomes insolvent, or initiates or is subject to bankruptcy proceedings, the Guarantee will automatically terminate and no further claims will be honored. JetBack shall have no liability to eligible subscribers in connection with such termination.
5.2 Program Modification
JetBack reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Guarantee at any time, at its sole discretion, with respect to claims not yet approved. Changes will be effective upon posting to getjetback.com/guarantee-terms.
6. Relationship to General Terms and Conditions
These Guarantee Terms are supplemental to and incorporated into JetBack's general Terms and Conditions. All provisions of the general Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the disclaimer of liability, indemnification obligations, and binding arbitration clause, apply in full to the Guarantee and any dispute arising out of or related to it.
